Das Korpus „SBB-Funeralschriften“ umfasst 112 Werke (1643–1659) von Simon Dach aus dem historischen Druckschriftenbestand der Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin. Die Funeralschriften sind Bestandteil der Sammlung von ca. 20.000 Personalschriften, darunter auch Hochzeitspredigten, Glückwunschgedichte und andere sogenannte Gelegenheitsschriften. Die chronologische Struktur des Personalschriftenbestandes der Staatsbibliothek spiegelt deutlich die Blütezeit der Leichenpredigten wider. Rund 700 Drucke des 16. Jahrhunderts stehen ca. 13.000 Drucken des 17. Jahrhunderts gegenüber; aus dem 18. Jahrhundert stammen noch ca. 3.000 Schriften, aus der Zeit von 1800 bis 1927 nur noch etwa 220 meist säkulare Grabreden. Mit dem mitteldeutschen Raum, Niedersachsen und Brandenburg-Preußen entspricht auch die regionale Verteilung den Schwerpunkten der protestantischen Leichenpredigten. Die Qualität der OCR-Daten wurde hinsichtlich der Struktur- und Zeichengenauigkeit (semi)automatisch verbessert, die Volltexte wurden nach XML/TEI P5 gemäß dem DTA-Basisformat konvertiert und innerhalb der DTA-Infrastruktur veröffentlicht. deu
